Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SignageTube digital signage software, websites, applications, players and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by INSYNCR BV ("INSYNCR", "SignageTube", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Belgium.

By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

SignageTube lets you design content in PowerPoint, publish it from the cloud, and play it on screens connected to Android TV or Windows players. Subject to these Terms and your chosen plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your own internal business or organisational purposes.

  • You must use the Service in line with these Terms and any documentation we provide.
  • You are responsible for the content you upload, schedule and display on your screens.
  • We may update, improve or change features of the Service from time to time.

3. Accounts and Security

To use most features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly at info@signagetube.com if you suspect any unauthorised access or use.

You may invite other users to your organisation and assign them roles. You remain responsible for the actions of users you grant access to.

4. Subscriptions, Trials and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Paid plans include a 7 day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before any charge applies. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and billing will start.

  • Plans are billed per screen (per player), either annually or monthly, depending on the option you select at checkout.
  • Annual plans are billed once for the year. Monthly plans are billed each month.
  • Fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
  • Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change will apply from your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful purpose.
  • Upload or display content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe your use breaches these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by INSYNCR BV or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain all rights in the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely as needed to provide the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Content and Hardware

The Service is designed to run on third-party hardware and platforms, including Android TV devices and Windows PCs. We do not manufacture or control this hardware, and its availability, performance and terms are governed by the relevant manufacturer or platform provider.

  • You are responsible for sourcing, configuring and maintaining your own player devices and screens.
  • Live data integrations and feeds may rely on third-party services whose availability we do not guarantee.
  • Your use of third-party hardware, software or data sources is subject to their own terms.

8. Availability and Support

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the extent permitted by law, INSYNCR BV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete your content after a reasonable period, in line with our data retention practices and applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Belgium will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
