Custom runs any of these editions on your own servers, tailored to you, from 5 screens. How Custom works.

1. To play on a screen without PowerPoint, your slides are turned into a video first. The same step makes the MP4 preview. On Custom, this needs the Render setup on your own servers.

2. Real PowerPoint needs a Windows PC with a compatible version of Microsoft PowerPoint. Live data needs the SignageTube PowerPoint plugin. Copied files work with real PowerPoint, not with slides played as a video.

3. Offline playback covers content already downloaded. Websites and online services still need the internet.

4. Needs a serial cable and a screen that accepts RS232.

Live Pages like queues, production numbers, scores and fundraising use data you type in or import. They do not connect to hospital, factory, sports or fundraising systems on their own.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter, Professional and Enterprise each come with a 15 day free trial, no credit card. Custom starts with a demo or a test setup instead.

Why is the annual price shown per month?

So you can compare it with monthly billing. Starter is €10 a month billed as €120 a year, or €12 a month billed monthly. Paying yearly saves up to 17 percent.

Which edition has live data?

Enterprise. It pulls live numbers into your slides from Excel, databases, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce and 20+ sources in total. Weather, clocks and news come with Live Pages in every edition.

What is the Custom plan?

Custom runs any edition on your own servers, so your content and data never reach our cloud. We set it up with your IT team. Custom starts at 5 screens. Book a demo for a quote.

What counts as a screen?

One screen is one device that plays your content: an Android TV or Google TV device, or a Windows PC connected to a TV. You only pay for the screens you use.

Can I change plans or add screens later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or add screens any time. Contact us and we will adjust your licenses.

Do you offer volume or reseller pricing?

Yes. For many screens, many sites or AV resellers, we offer volume and partner prices. Contact us for a quote.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

Prices are set in euro. Use the currency selector to see them in your currency. You pay per screen, yearly or monthly, by credit card. Larger and reseller accounts can pay by invoice. Your billing currency is confirmed at checkout.
