If you still can’t find it, then contact us directly through mail. If you’re submitting a trouble ticket, make sure to describe your ticket and where you’re stuck so we can speed up our support.
Tickets need to contain:
- The product you use (e.g., SignageTube Live, SignageTube Cloud, …)
- Your subscription number
- Your issue description
- Any documents / images that may help us understand how to support you.
