This Privacy Policy explains how INSYNCR BV ("INSYNCR", "SignageTube", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the SignageTube digital signage software, websites, applications and related services (the "Service"). INSYNCR BV is the data controller responsible for your personal data and is registered in Belgium, with offices in Belgium and the United States.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, organisation name and login credentials.
  • Billing information, such as your billing address, plan details and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.
  • Usage data, such as how you interact with the dashboard, screen and player status, log data, device and browser information, and IP address.
  • Content you upload, such as PowerPoint files, images, videos, playlists and the live data sources you connect.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to operate and improve the Service.

3. How we use it

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, operate and maintain the Service, including publishing content to your screens.
  • Set up and manage your account, trials and subscriptions, and process payments.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Improve, secure and develop the Service.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the Service, including with trusted third-party processors who act on our instructions, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics providers. These processors are bound by appropriate data protection obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service. After your account is closed, we retain data for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting and security obligations, and then delete or anonymise it. Content you upload may be deleted after termination in line with these practices.

INSYNCR BV operates offices in the European Union and the United States, and some of our processors may be located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses, to ensure your data remains protected.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Request erasure of your data in certain circumstances.
